Who is the man behind the burnt sugar?  How in the world did someone in charge of napkins for Thanksgiving end up having a side business in the catering industry?  Let’s start from the beginning: of all places a golf course.   

After seeing 10 years of weddings from the banquet side of things, I finally saw something different come through.  It was always the same songs, same lost bridesmaid heels, same beef and chicken, and even the same speeches. Then, of all things, a S’MORE Bar comes through!  Say what! Seed planted. I’m going to take this a step further; “I’m starting a side-business” I told myself (middle school teacher is my normal job).

I absolutely love connecting with people.  Whether it’s students in my classroom or talking across a flame holding a weapon with a marshmallow (skewer haha).  I can thank my Mom and Dad for that one, always setting the example of how to behave. I was raised with deep roots and family is extremely important.  That’s exactly why I have such a strong passion for “I Want S’more”. From the intimate settings of a wedding, to relaxing at a corporate event, or even a high school graduation party; they all revolve around connecting with people.  We are looking forward to making that connection with you and your guests as well.
